Before founding Light Work, I worked in multiple areas of the industry — from insurance sales to customer service to home inspections. That experience taught me how important it is for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported. I saw firsthand how often people felt overwhelmed, talked down to, or unsure about what they were buying. I knew there had to be a better way.

So, I built a space where people can ask honest questions, get clear answers, and choose the right coverage for their life — without the hassle.
